We require a £30 deposit to secure your appointment, this is payable online when booking your appointment. Once this is paid you will receive a whatsApp text from a booking platform called "THAT TIME" and/or email confirmation of your appointment.
THAT TIME is available as an app which can be downloaded from your App/Android store completely free. If you need to cancel or amend your appointment you can do this on the THAT TIME App.
This £30 is fully redeemable against treatment only and will be deducted from your bill on treatment day if booked.
If you are not medically suitable or decide not to book treatment, then the £30 paid is the fee for the medical aesthetic consultation and assessment you have received.
Failure to attend your appointment or failure to give 72 hours notice of non attendance, means you will loose the £30 and it will not be transferable to another appointment or refunded, due to the fact that the time has already been allocated and may not be able to be filled by another person waiting . If you cancel online 72 hours before your appointment your £30 will be refunded or you can amend your appointment to another more suitable time or cancel if you need to and rebook a fresh new appointment at a later date.
If you attend your appointment but are not medically well enough to be treated or have open wounds, such as cold sores, you will not be treated and again will loose your deposit. This is for your medical safety.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, without informing us, your deposit will be retained and you will not be able to be seen. We cannot rush the time allocated to you and I’m afraid we won’t rush treatments for yourself or the patients following you that day. We cannot allow this to have a knock on affect for our other patients. We hope you understand.
Following booking you will receive medical forms to complete between a few days and a week prior to your appointment. They may go in your trash/junk or spam box and are called "THAT TIME".
Please complete all of these forms 24 hours prior to your appointment and at every appointment with Rebecca Mackay Aesthetics for your own health and safety. This is not negotiable and must happen before you attend please. This is a legal requirement.
Following treatment if you decide to go ahead, every patient is entitled to a review, if required for side effects, complications or undesired results.
For facial toxin injections a review must be completed between weeks 2-4 post treatment as discussed at consultation and assessment, and for filler reviews between weeks 3-6 weeks.
Prior to and post any treatments at Rebecca Mackay Aesthetics, we request for 24 hours that you do not drink any alcohol, engage in heavy exercise or take any anti inflammatory medication such as: Aspirin, ibuprofen or nurofen, UNLESS this has been prescribed to you for a medical reason and previously agreed with Rebecca or one of her team in consultation.
There is often additional aftercare advice, dependant on your treatment, which is discussed at your consultation and supplied in written form pre and post treatment. Should you require any further information or have any queries please contact us via the website/email
