Membership Packages

1. Minimum Commitment Period
   Members must complete a minimum of three (3) consecutive monthly subscription payments before becoming eligible to receive their first treatment.
2. Payment Terms
   Subscription payments are automatically billed on a monthly basis to the payment method provided at sign-up. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure payment information is up to date to avoid interruptions in service.
3. Treatment Redemption
   After the third successful payment, members may begin redeeming their included treatments. Treatments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
4. Cancellation Policy
   Early cancellation before the 3-month minimum period will result in forfeiture of any treatments included in the membership package. No refunds will be issued for early termination. After the 3-month period, membership can be canceled with 14 days’ notice prior to the next billing cycle.
5. Treatment Rollover
   Unused treatments do not roll over to the following month unless otherwise specified in your membership package.
6. Non-Transferable
   Memberships and associated benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member.
7. Suspension & Freezing
   Memberships may be paused for medical or personal reasons with prior written notice and approval. Suspensions can be requested for a maximum of 1 month within a 12-month period.
8. Changes to Terms
   The business reserves the right to update membership pricing, benefits, or terms with 30 days' notice to members.
9. Missed payments 

                   Any missed payments must be made before the next appointment is completed.
